Former Presidential candidate, Adamu Garba has served an update about his $1 billion lawsuits filed against Twitter Inc. CEO, Jack Dorsey over the #EndSARS tweet.
Recall that, Adamu had earlier sued Jack for his alleged sponsorship of the #EndSARS Protest across the country.
He asked the Federal High Court in Abuja, to compel Jack to pay the Nigerian government $1 billion as compensation for all the damages caused by the #EndSARS protest.
A Nigerian rights lawyer, Tope Akinyode, conversely sued the ex-presidential candidate, Adamu Garba for suing Twitter CEO, Jack Dorsey.
After weeks of silence, popular artiste, Peruzzi asked the businessman for the latest update on his lawsuit against Jack on Twitter.
In response, Adamu Garba said the first hearing of the case should be before the end of November.
“Very much so, our first hearing should be before the end of this month, hopefully. @peruzzi.”
